Oppo is set to launch its new F31 series in India on September 15 at 12 PM IST. The series will include three models – Oppo F31 5G, Oppo F31 Pro 5G, and Oppo F31 Pro+ 5G. Marketed as the “Durable Champion,” the lineup focuses on long-lasting battery life and durability, making it the successor to the F29 series that was introduced earlier this year.
F31 5G Price in India
The Oppo F31 5G is expected to be priced under Rs 20,000, making it more affordable compared to the Oppo F29 series, which started at Rs 23,999. The F31 Pro may fall in the Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 range, while the F31 Pro+ could be priced around Rs 35,000.
Oppo F31 5G Specifications
The Oppo F31 series is tipped to come with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. In terms of cameras, all models are likely to feature a 50-megapixel primary lens along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor at the back. For selfies, the Oppo F31 may carry a 16-megapixel front camera, while the Pro models are expected to offer a 32-megapixel sensor. The major highlight is a massive 7,000mAh battery across all variants, with the standard Oppo F31 also supporting 80W fast charging.
F31 5G Display and Design
The Oppo F31 5G may come with a 6.57-inch AMOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to be available in Blue, Green, and Red color options and could feature a square-shaped rear camera module. The Oppo F31 Pro may have a similar screen but with a squircle-shaped rear camera design, offered in Gold and Grey finishes. The Pro+ variant may get a slightly larger 6.79-inch AMOLED panel with the same 120Hz refresh rate and a circular rear camera setup, available in Blue, Pink, and White.
F31 5G Performance
Performance-wise, the Oppo F31 may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Pro model is expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy chip with the same memory configuration. The top-end Pro+ could be equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and offer up to 256GB storage.
